Historically, litigation was viewed as the primary means for the resolution of potential and pending legal disputes, particularly employment-related disputes. Times have changed. Dispute resolution by non-binding mediation, a key form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (or “ADR”) has, for good reason, replaced litigation as a more effective way to resolve these disputes.

After many years of experience litigating and mediating a wide variety of disputes in a wide range of forums, including federal and state courts, Roger understands that mediation is the future of legal dispute resolution.  Employment disputes come in all shapes and sizes, from complex wage/hour class and collective actions to highly emotional individual disputes between employees and employers arising out of alleged unfair and unlawful treatment. Mediation before a skilled and knowledgeable neutral provides a valuable confidential platform for the parties and their counsel to explore their respective positions and, critically, arrive at workable solutions to virtually all employment disputes. Indeed, many courts throughout the country, have adopted programs either requiring or encouraging the early conduct of mediation as a means of short-circuiting prolonged, wasteful and often unsatisfactory litigation.

Roger provides mediation services allowing parties and their counsel a powerful, practical and cost-effective means to settle their workplace-related disputes, including but not limited to claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and all manner and form of wage/hour claims.

Currently, Roger primarily conducts mediation remotely using a secure Zoom platform, with private breakout rooms. However, where preferred or more suitable, mediation can be held in person. Contact Roger for availability and options.
